Information you provide: your name, phone number, email, property address, and project and financial details (such as estimated home value, mortgage balance, project type, and amount). We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and the date and time you submit the form.

How we use it. To review whether home-equity or other financing options may fit your project, to contact you about those options, to keep records of your requests and consent, and to improve our service.

Who we share it with. Your information is shared with John Creager and Guild Mortgage and with authorized team members and service providers who help us evaluate your request and contact you. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications. If you opt in, we may contact you by phone call and text message, including with automated technology, about financing options. Consent is not a condition of receiving help. See our Messaging Terms.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages. You may contact us to access, correct, or delete your information.

Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
